How do I get to FIFA World Cup 2026 matches at MetLife Stadium from Life Hotel New York?
Life Hotel New York is near the 34th Street–Herald Square and 34th Street–Penn Station subway hubs. From the hotel, walk to 34th Street–Penn Station (served by 1, 2, 3, A, C, E trains). From Penn Station, take an NJ Transit train toward Secaucus Junction. At Secaucus Junction, transfer to the special Meadowlands Rail Line train that runs on event days and goes directly to Meadowlands Rail Station, just steps from MetLife Stadium's gates. This rail shuttle runs starting a few hours before kickoff and returns after the event. Life Hotel guests can also choose the Coach USA 351 Meadowlands Express bus from Port Authority Bus Terminal (reachable by walking or a short subway ride) which goes directly to the stadium on match days.
Does Life have a fitness center?
Yes, on the 2nd floor. The center has a treadmill, bicycle, free weights and energy balls. There is also a water station for your convenience.
What time is check-in and check-out?
To ensure a seamless experience, check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is kindly requested by 11:00 AM.
Is the hotel smoke free?
Yes.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we allow dogs for a non-refundable $150 fee per stay.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is complimentary.
What does the destination fee include?
This includes Wi-Fi, fitness center access and complimentary bottled water (1 per day), coffee and tea in the mornings from 7am - 12pm, daily.
Is there a restaurant on-site?
We do, enjoy mediterranean cuisine at Zoi and stay for more in TEN 11 speakeasy lounge
Do the rooms have mini refrigerators?
We have mini refrigerators in our suites and on request.
Do you have kettles and microwaves?
A limited amount, but yes, on request.
What are my parking options at Life?
While Life Hotel does not offer valet parking, we do have discounted parking available at our nearby partner garage Metropolis located at

Yes, we will hold your luggage for up to 24 hours, with our compliments.
What is the late check-out policy?
If available, we can grant a 1pm late check-out - please ask the front desk and have your key adjusted. For 1pm to 4pm the charge ranges between $100-$150 and after 4pm we require a full night's room and tax charge.
