Where to Eat and Drink at Life Hotel New York
Life Hotel New York has three rooms: ZOI Mediterranean on the ground floor, the ZOI Lobby Bar beside it, and TEN 11, a cocktail lounge below street level. Two of them stay open past midnight.
ZOI Mediterranean
Mezze, crudo, raw bar and whole grilled fish, with Mediterranean cooking and Asian accents. The room runs Monday to Wednesday 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Thursday until midnight, Friday until 1:00 AM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Weekend brunch starts at 10:00 AM.
ZOI Lobby Bar
The lounge beside the lobby, with an onyx bar, cocktails, local wines, craft beer and a bar-bites menu. Same opening hours as the dining room, which makes it the easier walk-in of the two.
TEN 11
Downstairs, a low-lit cocktail lounge with DJ sets and a later clock than anywhere else in the hotel: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Sunday to Wednesday, and 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM Thursday to Saturday. Dress is cocktail attire.
When to book
ZOI takes reservations and fills on weekend evenings from 7:00 PM. TEN 11 is busiest after 10:00 PM and books out for ticketed nights, which the hotel publishes on its events page.
What it costs
Cocktails run roughly $16 to $25. Shareable plates sit in the mid range, and whole fish pushes a dinner higher. Hotel guests should ask at check-in about current guest offers.
